Meet Syd – Owner and Instructor at Align Training & Pilates
Syd truly believes fitness is for every body, and enjoys helping her clients find
movement that feels good. She works with all ages and abilities, and specializes in post-rehab clients, correcting imbalances, and helping her clients regain strength and mobility to do the things they love to do without fear of pain or injury.
Syd is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist and Pilates instructor. She maintains certifications in group exercise, TRX suspension training, Barre, TriggerPoint foam rolling, and Better Balance. Syd is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at The University of Colorado Anschutz.

Anna stumbled into the Pilates world in 2017 and fell in love with the technique, precision, and variety Pilates offers on the individual level. She gravitated towards working one on one with clients early in her career and has continued education specific to anatomy, posture, and balance in the human body.
Anna is certified in all apparatus Pilates, barre, TRX, and TriggerPoint foam rolling.

Kate comes to us with over 4 years of experience and is a believer that movement heals; Pilates helped her overcome her own anxiety, and she helps others through restorative and breathing techniques for everything from fitness to trauma and anxiety.
Kate’s favorite modalities and specialities to teach are restorative Pilates, myofascial release, breathwork & meditation. In addition to those certifications, she also maintains certifications in Barre and TRX suspension training, and is always striving to continue her education – both through movement and while working on her Ph.D.!
